Miss Miranda is now a month old.

She is doing great. We had her one month check up she now weights 8 lbs 13 oz and is now 22 inches long. She did not like her shot and screamed for a long tome afterwards and than slept all day. She is growing very quickly. The past week has gone very well. She is sleeping well at night so I am getting more sleep now which feels so good. She is so beautiful.

My sister Cathy has come to visit and is going to be staying here until Wednesday. I am enjoying our time together and the slight break from baby girl. We have gone shopping but mostly just staying home and taking care of Miranda.

I have not picked up my knitting since the day before Miranda was born so I never finished the baby blanket for her. I want to get it done before she turns a year old, on the plus side I'm going to have extra yarn so I can just add more squares to it until it is finished to make it bigger for her.
