This is the green puree from The Sneaky Chef. It's a few veggies that you cook and than puree with water and than add to recipes to get more veggies in a kids diet.

This is the purple puree (blueberries and spinach). I added it to brownie mix and it actually tasted pretty good.

This is the meatloaf it has carrot, sweet potato, and wheat germ added. I also added some finely chopped celery for texture. It was good but bland next time I'll do more spices. Miranda did not try the meatloaf but she did try the non fried fries. Those were ok; more salt was needed but she liked them dipped in ketchup. Right now I have the mac and cheese in the oven for lunch for her. I hope she tries it.
Overall I think the book is a keeper. I did make all the veggie purees yesterday. Next time I may make double batches of everything since they do freeze well. I also have found another use for the baby food trays I bought; they are just covered ice cube trays.

That's a pretty neat idea actually. I'll have to try it sometime when I can tear myself away from the stir frys.
