Sunshine!!!

Finally after what feels like months of rain and dreary weather we had two straight days of sun or partial sun. I loved it. The weather is expected to be nice for the rest of the week. I'm going to be keeping my fingers crossed. It is still very strange for it to be February and have green grass, buds on trees, and flowers starting to bloom.

Well I have been up to stenciling the baby's room for the past week on and off. I got green vines with huge leaves done last week and this past Saturday I started on frogs and butterflies. I did go a little crazy with the butterflies but I'm liking it so far. I will post pics as soon as I find my USB cable for my camera. Tomorrow I am going to do the second layer of colors on the frogs and butterflies. I still have to clear out the room of some stuff and start getting babystuff in it. I at least have 9 more weeks to get it all done.

Sunday we watched the Super Bowl. I mostly knitted. I started a baby blanket. It is going to be squares done in six colors then sewn together. I ended up stopping the baby sweater for now. So I now have three projects started; a green and purple purse, a light green baby sweater, and now the baby blanket. I also have a bunch of yarn waiting for new projects. I will post pics of my completed and in process projects once I find the cable for my camera.
